Can you personalise anything?
Not every material or finish is suitable. We review each request and may need more information or testing. If the object should stay untouched, we can explore a personalised card, box or presentation instead.
Can a retailer ship directly to THEIRS?
Yes, once we have accepted your request and provided your reference and shipping instructions. Please wait for confirmation before ordering anything to the studio.
Will I see the design first?
Yes. You approve the design and placement before we personalise the item. We’ll also confirm any limitations or risks relevant to your piece.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on the object, artwork, process and presentation. We confirm a quote and estimated timing after review. Tell us your deadline before you order; urgent requests need confirmation.
What happens to my photos or handwriting?
Share only what we need for your enquiry. Saving an asset for future orders and featuring your piece publicly are separate choices; neither is assumed from submitting a request.
Can I visit the studio?
We’re an online studio in Sydney, with no walk-ins. Shipping arrangements are confirmed individually after your request is accepted.
